Our factories are equipped with 3 production lines and 5 sub-assembly lines. Our daily output can attain 700 pieces and annual production reaches up to 250,000 scooters. Our scooters are sold to 50 countries (incl. EU, USA, Asia).
 
Manufacturing Electric Scooters by Professional Production Equipment and Processes
We make complete in-house processes including plastic, painting, powder coating, stamping, welding, and more. For injection molding, there are 15 injection molding machines, and more than 20 welding machines, like Fronius and OTC aluminum arm robots on the product line.
 
Electric Scooters Under Strict Quality Control
The in-house cutting-edge 300sqm test laboratory with all kinds of testing machines. An urban test track was built with multiple surfaces, simulations, and obstacles for reliable field testing.
